Naturally, fish and fishing are on your agenda.
There simply is no other river in the world where your
chances of catching big King Salmon are so great.

Red Salmon and Silver ~ Pink Salmon runs
are biologically in excellent condition and large
Rainbow Trout and Dolly Varden offer seasonal diversity.
But ... above and beyond the availability of fish is the fact:
EVERYONE CAN DO IT !

You'll notice our trips

are  less expensive than most comparable
trips advertised through out Alaska. To arrive here or to fish each day requires
no expensive charter flights  and readily available lodging facilities, already
including in your package,cost less than those reached only by air.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES

You'll be based in Soldotna, Alaska, which is located
on the Kenai River. The Kenai National Wildlife Refuge,
Cook Inlet, clam beaches, the Chugach National Forest,
and Kenai Fjords National Park are close at hand offering
beautiful scenery and recreational activities. Some clients
choose a scenic flight-seeing trip into Lake Clark National Park
  or extend their vacation with a trip to Denali National Park.

Many fishermen choose to do some additional fishing on their own!

We'll help you plan what you want to do and see!

EACH SEASON ~ 80% OF OUR GUESTS ARE RETURNING FISHERMEN
OR CLIENT REFERRALS.  MANY GROUPS COME BACK EVERY SEASON
OR EVERY OTHER SEASON.  THESE GROUPS MAKE RESERVATIONS
WHILE HERE FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR.  UNFORTUNATELY, WE CAN
NOT CREATE "EXTRA WEEKS" OR  "EXTRA RIVERFRONT LODGING
IN THE SUMMER"      IN WINTER, MAYBE WE CAN?

WE'RE ON OUR WAY...HOW DO WE GET THERE?

FLY from your local area to Anchorage, Alaska.
From Anchorage, you can choose a 30 minute flight or a 3 hour scenic drive
to the Kenai-Soldotna area. 

WHAT SHOULD WE BRING?

For Kenai River trips, bring your rain-gear, sunglasses, camera and a smile!
Dress Warmly - down jacket, long johns, gloves, hat, boots.
Being properly prepared for bad weather ~ best assurance of good weather!
Your guided fishing trip will include all tackle necessary.
However, many anglers choose to bring their favorite bass or trout rod
to do some fishing on their own.
COMING IN AUGUST?      Bring your favorite spin or fly rod.

WHAT ABOUT OUR FISH?

YOUR SALMON AND HALIBUT WILL BE PROFESSIONALLY PROCESSED
TO SUIT YOUR TASTE.
Your filleted or smoked fish will be boxed and banded
and will go with you as luggage or
it can be sent at a later date.
There is taxidermy service available.
For Rainbow Trout and Char
we promote hook and release fishing.
